I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

I do not hold claim to the intellectual property inspiring the commissioned work (characters, story, etc)

i hold the copyright of the piece created unless a copyright fee has been agreed upon and purchased by the client.

Piece should be credited when sharing.

i reserve right to post the commissioned piece on my social media/ Portfolio (unless the client requests that the work be kept private).

Private Commissions

Private commissions are for personal use only.

Do not distribute, sell or claim as yours.

The client holds the right to post/use the finished commissioned piece on their social media, sites, forums, etc

Commercial commissions

Stand commercial fee is 50% of the total price

Book cover starting price is $300 (USD)

NO NFTs MINTING ALLOWED

NO AI TRAINING ON ANY OF MY WORKS ALLOWED

Commission Process

I WILL DRAW

  • Fan art, OC`s, romantic themes, humonoid creatures, animals, light nudity, real people, props.

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • NSFW/porn, gore, mechas, anything I feel is not my expertise

COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. E-mail me at Juriartwork@gmail.com

    Subject: "commission/ your name/nickname"

    The body of the email should contain all the information and references necessary to prepare a specific quote depending on the customer's request, clarifying whether it is for personal or commercial use.

  2. Once the order is accepted, I will receive 50% of the total agreed amount in advance. Payment can be done Paypal and it must be in USD. The remaining 50% of the total price will be sent once the artwork has been approved, and the files will be shared upon receipt of payment.

  3. Once I receive the first payment, I will begin working on the piece as soon as my queue allows. I will send you an initial sketch of several versions of the project. Once you decide which version best meets your vision, you will choose the one that best suits your vision.

    If none of the versions satisfy you, you can request a refund. However, if you accept one of the versions and continue with the commission, you will forfeit your right to a refund.

  4. Commissions can take from 1 weeks to 1 months depending on complexity of the piece and the queue. If there is any possible delay I will inform you. Please let me know if there is a specific deadline in advance.

  5. Once completed I will send you a HI-RES file (PNG, JPG, TIF) via e-mail/ Google Drive

    Only one Minor adjustment of the finished commissioned piece is included (colour/saturation/details) but big changes (composition, poses or perspective) will incur on an extra fee that will have to be agreed upon proceeding to further changes.
